I watched your video and it’s very helpful. But I have a question to know. I have a 4 months baby. After 3 months my milk flow was little bit reduced. I feel it when I pump because it flows slowly not like the other days. Now I do pumping one time per day. Do you have any advices to give me?

I have twins... 2months in and I had given up on the breast feeding thing since I had a traumatizing pregnancy/birth/and first 4 weeks of my post partum journey. So, I already have given my boys formula, but I am willing to start pumping as any times as advised in order to teach my body to make more milk. I will give this a months try and see how this will go. I really did wish to be exclusively breast feeding, but I do think I gave up too quickly. I believe I can , So I'm gonna give it a go.

Hello, I am so glad you posted this 7y ago. I also pump, but like you said. Every 2 hours for 8 times a day. What do you need to eat to produce more milk except drinking a lot. How do you store it if its only 30 oz ? Do you place in the refrigerator and then when the 3 hours past to pump again you combine the milk of 3h before together with the 3h after? Or when they both have the same temperature? That is what i liked to know. I hope to see a reaction very soon. I am desperate 😢.

I was trashed when the baby didn't latch after few days for not bein able to feed him also doubted that I don't pump or deed him breastmilk as I had manual that time.. Went into depression couldn't pump or feed.. Went it into freeze state never knew pumping exclusively could produce supply the stress reduce the supply firther and made my confidence even worse to the point I stopped pumping I wished to but just couldn't after all the criticism thank uto all the ladies in the comments that make me realise it was not just me and pumping is indeed difficult, it helps a lot might just start pumping again and hopefully will be able to feed my baby my milk again please pray for me I've been through something extremely harsh and emotionally taxing

Found out my baby had milk's cow allergy when he was about 2 months old, he is now almost 8 months and im still struggling eith bottles, pumping is not really an option as i font really get much pumping, I feel your pain when he cries because all he wants is your breast (same here) i feel bad and I was just likr its fine im here so why not just feed him. I was given a year to go back to work, with the date approaching im like okay I need to star to get him used to bottle again and he is just not having it. Also never took a pacifier so he needs my boob yo sleep sometimes. Its very frustrating but im sure it'll get better. By the way i dont blame my baby for not wanting the formula, since is special for that allergy smells horrible, i can just imagine having to eat something that smells that unpleasant.
